THE philly WHISKEY WALK IS THE GREATEST WHISKEY ADVENTURE OF YOUR LIFE.
Enjoy some of the best distilleries at 8 choose-your-own-adventure stops at the Philadelphia Zoo. This all-day event is the perfect way to get ready for St. Patrick’s Day.
Whiskey Walkers will enjoy a 1-ounce taste of a different select whiskey at 8 different venues in their area included in their ticket price. A portion of ALL proceeds will go to benefit the Philadelphia Zoo.
All whiskey stops are within relative walking distance.

Nose: Four-year-old, pre-prohibition style rye with spice on the nose

Taste: adds a dried fruit note that pairs with the spice and sweet malt flavors of the pre-prohibition style rye.

Taste: Dusty wood, toffee, cola nut, and baking spice dominate with nuanced anise and black pepper
Finish: Smooth with a sweet and spicy balance between corn and cracked pepper

Taste: warm vanilla and caramel, baked apple with cinnamon and allspice, followed by soft oak tannin to a savory finish of dark cocoa heavy chocolate

Nose: Complex fruit with drizzles of caramel, butterscotch, and vanilla; brown spice and toasted oak
Taste: Spicy at first but quickly sweetened with rich caramel, vanilla and butterscotch atop a deep layer of dried fruit

Taste: Silky and harmonious, yet robust and intense. Flavors of roasted coffee beans, smoked meats and hazelnut married with spicy notes of cardamom and black pepper.
Finish: Fresh baked bread with a toasted crust and a hint of malty sweetness.
